Your boxes
Sunday, after cooking
Two boxes, one per preparation
The chicken and vegetables, from the same tray, go in the first. The bulgur gets its own: it stays firm and is weighed separately.
You pour in the whole pot, without weighing anything. Weighing happens at the meal: your portion, in grams.

And when life shows up?
An unplanned meal? It counts too.
A restaurant, a dish that was not on the plan: describe what you ate or take a photo. Sophia estimates it and counts it in your tracking.

Everyday support
Sophia checks in. At the right moment.
Nothing to keep in mind. She writes the night before a cooking session, on a weigh-in morning, or before a meal the plan does not cover.

Your questions
How does the trial work?
You have 7 days to try Sophia, then you can subscribe to continue. If you subscribe during the trial, you won’t be charged before it ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Do I need cooking experience?
No need to be a chef: every recipe is explained. Tell Sophia your equipment and how long you want each cooking session to take, and she takes that into account. You do the shopping and cooking yourself.
What if I eat something else?
That meal can be added to your tracking. It does not change the meals already planned.
Can someone else in the household have their own access?
Yes, with a personal access at €1.99 a month. They can then talk to Sophia, track their weight and calories, and count their off-plan meals. Without it, their needs are already taken into account in the household menus, at no extra cost.
